Wood Fuel Solutions

The use of wood – in technical terms often referred to as biomass – reduces our dependence on heating oil and natural gas, safeguards local jobs in the surrounding region and offers an additional source of income for land and forest managers.

Heating with wood is a cost-controlling alternative, as the cost of heating with wood chip/shaving systems is largely independent of the price of fossil fuels.

Compared to oil-burning heating systems, the amount of sulphur dioxide and hydrocarbon emissions are lower.

There are no risks associated with transporting and storing wood.

The ecological result is a virtually closed Co2 cycle.
